Le Domaine des Balisiers
Founded in 1982, Domaine des Balisiers has always practiced organic farming and remains to this day the largest producer of organic wines in Switzerland. Since 2005, it has also applied the principles of biodynamic farming.
Wines
Our wines are made without chemical additives, and fermentation begins solely with indigenous yeasts. Constantly rethinking our winemaking process, we find that amphorae and barrels yield richer, more structured wines.
Cellar visit
Whether you're a wine connoisseur or simply enjoy wine, we'd be delighted to welcome you to the estate for a tour of the vineyards and cellar, perhaps over a glass of fine wine. Our wine cellar is open on Saturday mornings without an appointment.
