TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
All deliveries made through the Domaine des Balisiers website at www.balisiers.ch are governed by these terms and conditions of sale. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted them without reservation. Domaine des Balisiers does not accept any terms and conditions from the customer that deviate from these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time by publishing a new version on this website. Any order placed after Domaine des Balisiers publishes the new version of its terms and conditions of sale constitutes acceptance of the new version.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
By placing an order, the customer submits an offer to Domaine des Balisiers to purchase the desired products. The customer receives immediate confirmation of the order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; rather, it constitutes acceptance of the ordered products. The order is based on the prices and information displayed on the website on the day the order is placed. Orders from Switzerland are accepted only. Orders from other countries will be subject to a discretionary agreement regarding export conditions and procedures.

3. DELIVERY
All orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Ordered goods are delivered by post, courier, or our own delivery driver. Within the canton of Geneva, delivery is free for all orders over CHF 300.
Delivery is free for orders of 24 bottles or more within the canton of Geneva. All deliveries outside Switzerland are subject to prior agreement regarding export costs and conditions.

4. WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered to the customer on two separate occasions, the order will be cancelled, and Domaine des Balisiers will terminate the contract and refund any amount already paid. Delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

5. VERIFICATION OF GOODS
It is the customer's responsibility to check the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery. If the customer notices any omissions or damage, they must file a complaint with Domaine des Balisiers at 022.753.19.58, by email at mail@balisiers.ch or at the following address:
Domaine des Balisiers 12, route de Peney-Dessus 1242 Peney, within 48 hours (postmark as proof).

6. PRICE
The prices shown on the website www.balisiers.ch include VAT. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Domaine des Balisiers reserves the right to change its prices and shipping costs at any time.

7. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is possible via bank transfer and PayPal. It must be made before delivery of the goods. The goods will be delivered to the address provided, according to the agreed terms, upon receipt of payment.
The goods remain the property of Domaine des Balisiers until full payment is received.

8. FORCE MAJEURE
Domaine des Balisiers will make every effort to fulfill its obligations but cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, wars, natural disasters, or other events that prevent the production, transport, or delivery of products. In the event of a delay, Domaine des Balisiers will fulfill its obligations as soon as possible and reserves the right to distribute any remaining product stock among its customers equitably.

9. APPLICABLE LAW
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Swiss law.
