The palate displays a beautiful balance between acidity and residual sugars, lending depth to this fresh and supple tasting experience. A lovely, velvety finish of crushed fresh red berries completes the whole.

This new rosé is a pleasure to drink, with fresh and soft characteristics, which you can use to enhance a mixed salad or even spicy Thai dishes.

 This wine should be served chilled, around 9-10°C. The particularly delicate and fruity character of our rosé will be a delight for your aperitifs or fruit desserts.
