1 Chardonnay 2023
The Chardonnay des Balisiers is aged entirely in amphorae. The lees remain more suspended, allowing for a longer fermentation and giving the wine a beautiful fullness on the palate. The vines are primarily located in the commune of Satigny, and more specifically on one of the estate's oldest plots, in Russin.

1 Dame Noire 2021
La Dame Noire is a blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir. Aging in oak barrels had been virtually abandoned in Swiss vineyards during the Second World War due to a lack of imported oak. In 1985, Domaine des Balisiers was one of the first to revive this traditional winemaking practice in Switzerland by creating La Dame Noire, aged for 12 months in barrels.

1 Count of Peney 2020
Comte de Peney is the result of over twenty years of research by Domaine des Balisiers to acclimatize Cabernet grapes originating from Bordeaux to the Swiss climate and terroir. It is composed of two-thirds Cabernet Sauvignon and one-third Cabernet Franc. The finest vintages can age for twenty years or more. Aged for eighteen to twenty-four months in clay amphorae and then in barrels, Comte de Peney offers an incomparable range of aromas and remarkable complexity.
