The attack on the palate is both rich and supple. The harmony between candied fruit notes, exotic touches, and a refreshing acidity is particularly pleasing. The mid-palate is subtle and creamy, culminating in a beautifully fresh finish.

It's a great, mellow wine, perfectly harmonious, and the balance is remarkable. Furthermore, the notes of candied and exotic fruits add an extra dimension of indulgence.

One of the latest additions to the Balisiers range, Mélopée is a Chenin "late harvest" harvested in late November or early December, in order to concentrate sugars and aromatic complexity.
