Viticulture and Winemaking

Planted in 1993, the Mourvèdre is cultivated using the lyre system on two hectares. The grapes are hand-harvested at night, destemmed, and fermented as whole berries with indigenous yeasts and without sulfites. The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
