The wine is brilliant, perfectly transparent, and a purplish-red. The initial nose reveals delicate notes of vanilla and black cherry, followed by hints of wild blackberry after aeration. Viticulture and Winemaking
Planted in 1993, the Mourvèdre is cultivated using the lyre system on two hectares. The grapes are hand-harvested at night, destemmed, and fermented as whole berries with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
